Create mugshot website with scripts etc

-Automatically updated mugshot site for Florida (I may want all 50 states soon, so keep that in mind when designing structure) (I have a database being created already with a scraper. You would need to work with the programmer who does the scraping to coordinate how to get the data for your use. - ability to Search the entire site, or Browse by State/County (minimum characters for a search are 4 - each record should have a link allowing ppl to submit news information re: the mugshot page they are on. - each mugshot should name the HTML page on our site /State/County/Firstname-Lastname-charge -each mugshot assigned a unique ID and post on the mugshot page (so if they contact us to remove the page, we can easily reference it) -each image should be renamed to [login to view URL] -each image should automatically be watermarked with our site name/and .png (settings in ACP) -admin CP: can update text, graphics, html, add banners etc from the ACP); see the mugshot records/pages and have ability to delete, unpublish (republish also), timestamp when first added AND when modified last, Ability for Admin to ADD NEWS posts related to individual mugshots - watermark control (can set the transparent .png to watermark thumbnails AND main pics (similar style to [login to view URL]), function: REMOVE OLD WATERMARK/REPROCESS ALL IMAGES to new watermark - can see ERROR messages related to your script so i can see if something goes wrong - View log of imported mugshots (combine this with Error messages above?) Notes: — use of proxies when downloading the images. Proxies should be managed in the ACP and any proxy errors should be listed in the ERROR messages. When I log in to the ACP, the current status of the proxy (in green LIVE, or RED DOWN) should be listed on top of ACP)
