I have code that I add to my theme's functions.php. But, overtime I change the theme or when something is updated on the website, I have to re-enter that code. I want you to create a plugin from that code so that I do not have to add it to my themes [login to view URL] file. The code I have works perfectly when added to the theme. You need to add to MY code however to detect if it is a child theme or a regular theme. That's all.
