Creating a product import for Magmi (Magento)

We have three Excel-files creating several import-CSVs for one of our webshops. We need the same functionality of thos Excel-files (VBA) as PHP-script, using our MySQL database. As of now the user does enter various information to start the creation of different row-entries in the Excel-file. The file acts as import-CSV via Magmi into our Magento webshop. The functionality of the Excel-files can be seen by analyzing the VBA-code. In addition to that I can specify this via Skype-call or by giving you further instructions to give you a basic idea of the functionality we need. We are creating several simple products and associate them with configurables. Names and categories are based on the folder structure on our FTP and reference-tables in our SQL-database. Task has a deadline by 26th February 2016. We will only negotiate fixed prices. The result after completing the task is a PHP-script creating an import-CSV we can use to create products in Magento via Magmi. The CSV has to be verified to work for this purpose.
