We need to build a complete website with a wordpress template. It must have:
- home, about us, portfolio, news, contact
- the news system must be the publisher of wordpress (adapted) that is used in blogs
- 3 transitions in highlighted in home with quadrants non conventional to reveal the innovation that is the company's strength.
- in about us, we want a great presentation to describe a short history about the persons involved in the company.
- in portfolio, is the place where the realizations will be placed, so, in a creative manner, show a place to show this in great style.
- news is a place to get news of internet related to innovation, internet business, in short, news and articles to associate to the style, DNA, the capacity and knowledge of the company.
- contact: create a way to show this classic menu item in websites like a good humored space to see the contactos, address, geo-localization, some interactive actions it will be very good.
The website must reveal innovation, technology, virtual world, social networks, internet business, all this with a smooth humour's touch, but no silly, must "say" that "we are serious too and we know what we do". Joviality that shows high quality, high capacity.
The logo is in contest and it will define the look and feel, but is a simple template wordpress with the design and features like described above.

Ps: Quite often, I have seen programmers bid unrealistically low to grab the project and gradually raise the project cost on the pretext of additional features/ design change. They may also insist for bonuses etc. We just don't do so.
