Current Webpress Website fixerupper

Current website has been up for a while, it functions okay but is it bit difficult to navigate and isn't the most pleasing to the eye. We want it a bit more pleasing to the eye. Rather it be just a template that is customized properly or a customized design we will consider all possibilities. We do have a budget since we are a small store but we will consider all bidders.
