Data Scraper that scrapes specific data on a specific interval that runs from my server - Budget up to SGD 50 -- 2

I require a Data Scraper that can scrape data from a website: [login to view URL] The above URL is an example. Here are the conditions needed: 1) I will input the Product URL 2) I will set the time it should scrape the data (example every 30mins once or every 2 hours once) 3) It has to be hosted on my server 4) It will create the data in a database that I can access These are the data required - I will use the URL Listing for an example a) Item Code - 414590741 a) Name of Shop - All My Stuffs b) Item URL: [login to view URL] c) Item Name: Mamypoko Extra Dry Tape/Extra Dry JUMBO pack/Extra Soft Pants/Junior Night Pants/ ★Carton Sale★ d) Number Sold: 2402 e) Number of Feedback: 14,372 5) It has to allow me to enter remarks so that when I enter that database I will know why I am scaping the data 6) It has to be ordered in terms of Columns: Item Code, Name of Shop, Item URL, Item Name, Number Sold and Number of feedback With the Number Sold and Number of Feedback having their respective Date and Time Stamp consolidated in 1 database. Please see the excel spreadsheet for what I mean and Item Code being the Unique SKU for it to sort 7) Be able to run multiple threads at the same time. Example I may need to moniter 50 URLs and their sales and I do not need to keep my browser open as it is running on the server side. Please clarify if you don't understand.
