Develop a CMS for responsive website

We would like to create a CMS (Content Management System) for an existing HTML responsive website with the following requirements: ***General Requirements*** 1- PHP 2- The CMS theme should reflect the company identity 3- The CMS should include a forms for SEO Optimization Basics (Title, meta tag description, alt and title of images……etc) 4- We don't want word press, we want a customized CMS 5- We should be able to update the website content in an easy and professional way as the client is not technical at all 6- Check designs.zip. just to let you know how the pages looks like but we will provide you the HTML pages Homepage ([login to view URL]) 1- We should be able to upload and arrange the rotating photos by an easy ordering or drag and drop 2- Each photo should have a link, alt and tile forms (SEO forms) 3- Should be able to edit profile picture and its link, title and social media icons and their links Commercial and Retails pages ([login to view URL]) 1- All these pages are the same concept 2- We should be able to upload/edit/delete and arrange the projects in each page by easy ordering or drag and drop 3- Each project is clickable to its details and Gallery 4- We should be able to duplicate this page or category with the same structure Gallery ([login to view URL]) 1- For each project, it has its details and gallery 2- We should be able to upload/edit and delete the photos of the each gallery and arrange them an easy ordering or drag and drop 3- Should be able to edit the gallery details Profile ([login to view URL]) 1- Should be able to update the profile photo and the page content Contacts ([login to view URL]) 1- Should be able to edit the contacts details 2- The form send to email and DB ***Two milestones will be created*** 1- The first one $150 once awarded 2- The second one $150 will be created in the testing phase and will be released once everything is fine and no issues found ***Time Frame*** 10 days ***Notes*** 1- You should work from day one at the client server once the bid accepted 2- We will send send you the HTML responsive pages and the hosting info 3- You should have experience in how to deal with the responsive websites 4- The client is very detailed person and will look into each single pixel at the website. 5- You should be flexible and patient as the approval process might take time with the client 6- We are off Friday and Saturday as our week starts from Sunday 7- We don't have time to waste it is the testing and report the errors back! you should have your own tester and deliver the work without a single issues.
