Estimated 10 pages Niche real estate listing, investor and education site Services Needed WordPress Design & Development including: - WordPress Cleanup - WordPress setup plugin development. (add unique functions or features) Social Media Setup - Setup LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ links Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - Keywords Research, SEO for Small Businesses and Local SEO Placement Services - SEO Optimization Services also includes submission to (Google, Yahoo, Bing) Property Listing Plugin Installation - Need plugin that allows properties to be added with a simple “Add Listing” wizard. Users can also add listings. - Users can search properties using a list of criteria, such as states, cities, and zip codes. The list of available criteria for searches can be determined by the administrator. - Search results are displayed on Google Maps - By default, listings can be shared through Facebook, Twitter, or email Forum Development/Plugin Installation Payment feature installed for PayPal For the right Freelancer this could be a long relationship.
