Access Control System (in php)

I would like to purchase, or have designed a previously created php access control system that is designed and configured to use NFC PVC cards and a reader/writer to control access. The interface should be written in PHP and allow for reading/writing of NFC cards and export to Android and iOS phones that support NFC. The system must have the following requirements: 1. User database (userID, name, start date, expiry date, department, location, phone, email, manager, photo, interface access (1/0 etc), interface admin (1/0 etc), card number as a minimum) 2. Door database (door ID, location, description, responsible person, active date, expiry date) 3. Access List database (userID, start date, expiry date, doorID) 4. Add/edit/delete card/person 5. Add/edit/delete door 6. Access control log (recording door, person/card, date, time) in graphical format with ability to filter, sort, print, export to Excel. 7. Ability to change the branding (logo, and colour scheme). 8. The ability to print user information, door information, access control logs. When bidding, please include in the subject line that you have "read these requirements, and the budget is adequate." I will pay 33% as a milestone in advance, 33% when the software is visible on your server, and the remaining 33% when the project is done and functional on our server. Needs to be completed in 14 days. If you do have a system that is similar in feature and function, please let me know and I will assess if the system will meet our minimum requirements.
