We are willing to add a new page to the website that ...has below requirements. 1- It will be a form that will collect user data to activate special privilege for the buyer 2- The page will be hyperlinked to a specific button on the product listing page on the website/check out page and from the buyer account or redirect to create an account. 3- The information coming from the form shall be collected into a separate database. 4- The website is built on Magento 2.1.7 5- We will furnish the design of the page. 6- Please write code before writing the proposal for biding on the same. 7- This will not be a huge budget product. 8- Apply only if you are comfortable working on Magento 2 CMS Best
