Alter the "related posts" template of a theme (current code below) to display related posts the following way instead of the original: - Show related posts by "# of tags in common" (not categories). - Display order from highest "# of tags in common" to lowest. - If there are the same # of tags in common, randomize the order of the "tied" posts.
