App to integrate Woocommerce with our Accounting Software

We need to build a web app for us to integrate Woocommerce with our SQL Accounting software - Woocommerce is run on a server which is online and is web based. - Our SQL Accounting is a windows desktop app and is not online, if written in php we will run the software locally and install wamp or xampp on our computer. Below are the functions we need from the app : 1. Upload orders from Woocommerce to invoice in SQL Accounting software. This is will done with the API of SQL Accounting, You may check out their API documentation here [login to view URL] Other than uploading the orders, the app should also be able to change the status of the orders. There is a lot of terms and jargon which might not make sense to you as they are accounting related, but I will guide you step by step on what it means. 2. Sync inventory from SQL Accounting to Retrieve stock quantity and price from SQL Accounting and sync it to Woocommerce. The items will be matched used SKU which will be same across both system. Not all items are uploaded into our Woocommerce so the software has to know to update only those we have in Woocommerce. For example in SQL accounting we have : Item #A, Item #B and Item #C. In Woocommerce we have : Item #B only The software should only sync data of Item #B to Woocommerce. There should also be an interface for us to choose how much stock quantity to upload into Woocommerce If let's say SQL Accounting has 50x of Item#B and we chose to upload 50%, then only 25x will by sync-ed into Woocommerce. The request of stock data is most probably by reading the stock quantity from the database itself. The software is running on Firebird SQL Server.
