Hi, I have been working with Cisco VoIP since 2001 and Asterisk and freepbx ,trixbox, elastix since 2007. I'm very good at IVRs and other Asterisk programming, I have developed some very complex IVR systems including , Click-to-call , User Authentication from database, micropayments systems etc. That being said I would like to have a little chat about your project to better understand the needs of the project regards,

I have significant experience in building operator intercept messages and in-call announcements. I am also have 10+ years of SIP/IMS/TDM network engineering and operations support. Was founder and CTO of a US-based regional CLEC and award winning VoIP provider which I eventually sold to competitor. I actually designed a system that required new subscribers to opt-in to certain features (such as international calling and E-911) before it would allow them to place their first outbound call. Since I have prior experience, I can do this within a couple hour or two, once I familiarize with your call flow. It would be the equivalent of a DTMF captcha.

Hello, This IVR sounds fairly simple, as i understand it, you would just like to send all calls to a message that asks them to press any number to continue which will then attempt to connect the caller to an agent. The assumptions I make are: I can have remote access to the PBX I can set up a test device (softphone) for my testing The billing aspect of this project is not affected by my work and your own systems will differentiate between a connected call and a call abandoned in the IVR The announcement will be supplied by you The final destination for calls remains unchanged My price is quite low, as this is my first bid :-) Cheers, Leighton
