Hi there, Our site is a basic HTML / PHP with ADD / UPDATE / DELETE functions as forms. Currently we're trying to have the site generate a new PDF when the user updates (edits) the record. This .pdf will be identical to the one already uploaded and attached to that record, which can be found in "Archives" link for each row. Only two text boxes will need to be updated when user updates the record. That is certificate number and inspection date. Inspection date will be pulled from the the inspection date on the edit record form. Certificate No. will auto increment - R404-1 R404-2 R404-3 As you will see all records associated pdf in archive link will have -1 suffix as this is he first inspection document. When new pdf is generated, it will be saved in archive with previous pdf and named same as Certificated ID / Number - e.g [login to view URL] Please see [login to view URL] Login details e-mail: admin @ [login to view URL] password: admin Please take a look and let me know if you can complete quickly.
