hi, we are having problem with bitgo api rate callback not working , the api was working perfect on our website, but since 2 days there is a problem. there is a code line in one of project file : <?php if($rate && $rate > 0) { ?> this mean if rate response from bitgo api is zero , we show a message to user: contact support for manual payment submissions. we need help about this
