I need someone to make me a simple website for me to sell ebooks. The site needs to be setup with Paypal IPN system. Basically, people will create an account on my site, then he/she will be able to select and download any ebook. Please see the attached files with full instructions and site design. Most of the instructions are on the images. I need this site to be made in 10 days or less. I will not pay more than $200 for this simple project.
