Build a MLM Script and Membership Site

Hello there, I'm an event planner and i need a MLM Script and Membership Site that'll work like this: First of all, i need an Unlimited front line to 5 depth MLM Script. So, when I invite someone via my affiliate link and join for free into my team he'll be in my 1st level and his inviters will be in my 2nd level etc. The point here is that i can have UNLIMITED members in my 1st level and my members too, they can have UNLIMITED members in their 1st level etc, ok? 2) When someone joins and confirms his email, he will receive a welcome email and an email will receive his uplines, 5 levels up, his uplines that will have profits from him! 3) Inside their members area they can see my upcoming events and they have the ability to buy tickets... tickets that I'll add from my admin panel... and when they pay for them via PayPal or Payoneer, they'll have the ability to print their ticket or download it into their phone with their name, account ID and a UNIQUE QR Code! This ticket with the QR Code must have with them for their entrance to my event! Someone from my team will be at the door with a QR Scanner, connected to our script and if this ticket is paid, the Scanner switch on a green light... you know! (If he didn't pay for his ticket yet, he'll have the ability with his account ID to pay it at the door, before his entrance to the one from my team that will be at the door)! 4) All members of my membership site, can have live access to the stats, how many from their downlines bought their tickets and how much money they made from this event! If someone didn't pay for his ticket, of course he don't have profits from this event, no matter how many from his downlines paid for their ticket. But he will receive 3 auto emails with a reminder that the event is live and if he pay for his ticket or come and pay at the door for his ticket, he'll make this (x) amount of money! (Of course if he pay after the 1st email he'll not receive the 2nd one and the 3rd)! 5) Inside my admin panel i need to have the ability to manage the ticket price in euros, the commission of my members for their 5 level of depth, access to an email system for the paid members of an event and for the unpaid members too, the ability to add the posters (that will be the tickets of my events) and some text and images too for the event, the ability to manage the promotional center of my members with their affiliate links and social media share etc and of course the ability to pay the commissions to my members as easy as possible for me via PayPal or Payoneer... depending what they choose to be paid! These are the basic operations for my Script and Membership Site, maybe i'll need some more things that of course i'll ask you later! :-) Best regards, Costas!
