CCBill API integration into an existing PHP script

I need a coder to integrate CCBill API into an existing PHP script. Current PHP script uses Paypal IPN to process purchases of different products by the users at the moment; I want it to be replaced by CCBill API. A brief summary of the script can be found here: [login to view URL] Development is to be done on your server; I won't provide any development environment. Also, you'll need to create your own CCBill account to use for development purposes; I know test transactions can be made through their Gateway, so no real money is required at this level. When project is completed, you'll need to provide me with instructions on how to set up test transactions on my side, so I can test your work. I purchased the PHP script, so the winning bidder will be provided with an archive containing everything he needs to deploy it on his side (For obvious licensing reason, any trace of the script will need to be deleted from your server after the work is done). I'm a PHP coder myself; I'm just running out of time to do this project myself. It means I'll be available to answer any technical question you may have. I'm also looking for clean code; Proper structure, indentation and comments are required!
