Clone foreign language custom PHP CMS project to Wordpress

Hello, there is a foreign language website which is built on custom CMS. We are in need to migrate it to Wordpress! Requirements: Homepage: Static homepage (parallax scrolling and couple activated menu links) Expand content links Content mirroring Image optimization (HQ Lessloss) Footer pages: There are 4 groups of articles in footer with links generated automatically for each new article Static landing pages: We have 4 LP at the moment which are built from custom builder + HTML. Must be mirrored in such way that we could easily manipulate content via speedy builder or any other LOGICAL solution will fit! Testimonial page: Testimonial approval functionality (new testimonial arrives to email and we can approve or delete it by pressing link) Also testimonials are seen in our LPs where they are generated automatically Price page: Static page Staff page: Static page Blog page: Automatically generated from posts or any other logical solution will fit Other requirements: The project is hosted on shared hosting account. We must do as much as we can not to lose loading speed but to increase it. Use Chrome dev tools / Google speed insights / GTmetrix to optimize.
