Hi I am the Vice President of Connexx Network. Currently we have a website. There is a link on our website to log into the following for uploading and downloading private files between our members. Currently when a file is uploaded there is no facility to assign the file from a user to user, this is only available under admin, so it already exists. We would like to have this facility. The successful bider when awarded will be given full access to the programme for coding these requirements. ProjectSend r1053 PHP 7.2.10 MySql 5.6.41 Enable capability for clients to be able to assign files to other clients......currently only available via User (Admin) status. Also the need facility of email notification when the file has been uploaded.
