Complete website for skin trading and skin betting

I'm looking for a 50/50 partner on this project. The project: A website which consists of two sections. One for a skin marketplace/exchange and another for skin betting. Both for skins from various games (Steam based games), not only CSGO. Different options of payment for depositing funds to the site has to be implemented too. There's alot of those sites out there, so it's important that our site is put together after the KISS principle to make it as user friendly as possible, though we still have to stand out from the crowd. What I'm seeking: As mentioned I'm looking for a 50/50 partner all the way. Preferrably around my own age 30+. It's very important to me that he/she is from Denmark, and preferrably located in Aarhus, Denmark or somewhere near since we should be able to attend in IRL "meetings or workshops". You should have experience in construction/programming of websites and minor applications. It would be a huge plus if you have experience in the Steam API and making mobile applications too. It would also be a huge plus if you have some former work/projects to show.
