I will have a registered website and hosting contract established. Data Loading is not required although test or sample data will be provided to validate functionality. Require a website created using wordpress primarily for the 121 condominium owners to log into to retrieve documents for owners. Require login credentials setup the following user groups: Owners Document Publisher Master Wordpress Administrator Provide Documentation on how to add and maintain users to these groups. Create Document Folders (used by owners) as a link off of the main page: Board Postings Condo Documents Minutes Newsletters Notices Owner Forms Create a Board of Directors Page with links to these "restricted" folders. Board Minutes Financial Reports Projects Create a main page which will show the server Data and Time, a picture of the Condo Sites, access tabs to Documents and the other Board of Directors Board of Directors Page to show a picture of the Board and a access tab for restricted Board folders.
