Firstly this is a very small task for an experienced PHP developer, and we did the same project before 6-7 years so we know it cannot take a good developer more than 24 hours. 1. Login/logout 2. Template page where records of previously created templates will be kept. 3. New template form. The code generated will be used to sell products on ebay, so the code will be copied and pasted into ebay and which will create our product advert on ebay.
