Custom WordPress Plugin - Vimeo Streaming Membership - Woo

Hi, My clint had their site on Magento. Where the users were able to purchase a DVD or choose to stream it for 72 hours. It was through a regular Magento checkout. If the user paid 7.99 to stream it and checked out, the order was normally created in the backend, and the user then had access to the video, within his account for 72 hours. Now I have moved the site to WordPress and I cannot find an existing plugin that works like this. I've checked all membership plugins, paywalls, subscriptions, etc. But nothing works like this. Because all the clients' videos are hosted on Vimeo. They are private Vimeo videos. On Magento we just put in the ID number and it pulled it from Vimeo. I need to develop a custom plugin that integrates with Woocommerce and can display Vimeo videos. The user story goes like this: The user comes to the site and adds to cart the video that he wants to stream. After checkout, the video must be visible to him in his account for 72 hours (with a countdown timer) The order must also be created in the backend as a regular (digital) order And even after the 72 hours, the user should be able to see his past purchases (need to keep record) I've even looked into VOD (Vimeo on demand), but they require the user to have a Vimeo account, which will not work.
