Design and implement a membership page with Multi Level Marketing (MLM) concept.

We want to add a membership page with a MLM concept to our wordpress based web site.. The project descriptions as follows: • Currently we have one membership which is the primary membership or blue membership. • If any person registers in any of our courses he will be eligible to have the blue membership. • If any person have a membership number he will try to invite others to take courses with us . This is the reason why we want to put the referral field in the payment page. If this member success to bring certain number of members he will be promoted to the next membership level which is in our case the silver member ship. If he is already in the silver he will be promoted to Gold. If he is in Gold he will be promoted to Platinum. Total of 4 membership categories. • Note that for the first level of referees we will consider the person as one. For the second level of referees we will consider the person by 1/2 and for the third level we will consider the person by 1/4 and so on. • The first level means direct referees. The second level means those direct referees bring other referees. The third level means that the second level referees bring other referees and so on. 1) The first function of the membership page is to show the names of the members in each category. 2) Renewal: The membership is for one year. After expiry, the member should renew it. In this case we will have the second function of the membership page and that is renew the memberships. The member should be informed by e-mail that the membership is to be expired and the link to the renewal page will be included in the e-mail. 3) The third function of the page is to promote the member from one category to the next for example from blue to silver if he satisfies certain condition based on the number of referees. For example, if he successfully brings 100 referees from all levels then he automatically will be promoted to be Silver member. A silver membership e-card with the same number and expiry date to be prepared in PDF and send to him by e-mail. The payment will be through Stripe and PayPal.
