After reading your comments, I have noticed information not enough to give you a clear picture of the project. The project can be implemented for an hourly rate or one-off payment as the way we can agree. Looking for someone who has developed vehicle history finds web application. There are so many similar applications in most of the countries and looking for someone who has developed or an idea about it. Please see below sample I found from the market, and I’m looking to develop the same web application with few modifications. We want you to develop the following:  User UI/IX  Broker UI/IX  Admin Panel  Payment Portal  Build an Amazon backend for the site including DB User Web Portal Users do not need to register / login (Creating a login is optional) Enter the vehicle registration number and view/print the report. Broker Portal Must have a login. Should be able to access vehicle information No need to pay for the report Cannot update vehicle info. Admin Portal Must have a login Should be able to import vehicle data using Excel/CSV or through API Need dashboard and reporting ability Able to block / hide vehicles for users Create / manage login for Broker portal

I am not sure on the exact required features, but I have worked on a verification system used for verification of people before someone hires them. Hi, Greetings !! As per mentioned details, I have to create portal which will help users to identify or to know before purchase used car, for e.g. following details based on VIN. Has the car been reported written off or stolen? What is the vehicle’s sales history? What is its rego status? Is the odometer reading consistent? If this is the case, am damn sure there can be a government API through which you are fetching those details, if this is the case please let me know the API details or in other case admin has to add report in backend but practically that's not feasible. Add on to that when you are saying backend in AWS that means you want your project to be uploaded on AWS server , that is fine, I will do so. Because the whole project we will develop along with the VUE js and Laravel as in backend. I am not competent enough but a reliable guy, I never run away from my responsibility, kindly go through my profile, each and every reviews are showing my hardworks on that project.
