We're selling internet services like hosting, software renewals and the like. I'd like to have a system that automatically send an email reminder to a customer whose service are expiring in a month, in 15 days and a week before and to me. I can input all the data manually (name, email, expiration date, text of the email to be sent and so on) and through cron this script has to send out all the email for the expiring services. The script has to use an external SMTP that we've access to and also has to notify me about bounced email address so I can check out. I've done here this project 4 years ago but I wasn't able to contact the developer after the work was finished tu upgrade it so I've to do it again... Attached are some screenshot of the work done in the past...

Hi, I am a MEAN stack developers. I have worked projects using external STMP (Mailgun) to send email. for this project, I suggest 2 cases: 1. I will build a new webapp which you can input data (name, email, expiration date, text of the email to be sent) and this webapp will do cron job to send to expiring customers with data you entered. I think this case will be invokable and maintainable. With this case, I will use nodejs, mailgun service to implement. 2. Intergate to your existing webapp. In this case, we must be review and rebuild your existing project. I think this requires more time.
