Existing PHP YII Project - Smal Tweaks Needed

Okay so we have a fully developed PHP app that has been in use at our client for 4 years. THe system runs on an Apache web server and has a mySQL DB. There are also a few CRON jobs. The app is a LEAVE SOFTWARE APPLICATION that allows employees of a company to apply for leave from work. It however has a few small issues that I need ironed out, which are: 1. For every employee, on their 8th anniversary (this is the date that they started work), their leave is supposed to go from 15 days a year to 20 days a year. (This is not working - I need this fixed) Most likely a CRON job issue. This only occurs at their 8th year anniversary and NOT at any other point. 2. For every employee, every 3 years on their anniversary (this is the date that they started work) their sick leave is supposed to reset to 30 days. This must occur every 3 years after that for each employee indefinitely. (This is not working - I need this fixed) Most likely a CRON job issue 3. An email is being sent to a user that i need changed to another user. I think this is hard coded in the app. I will give you full access to the system on my TEST server (Which has current data) You can make changes and work there freely until the job is completed.
