Facebook post scheduling tool doesn't show featured image all the time, fix needed urgently

We have an web based content apps and there is a Facebook content scheduling feature, we have it tested so many times. We fixed the dimensions of featured images to make sure that it works and we also use Facebook debugging tool before posting [login to view URL] But sometimes the featured image of the post just dont show for 20% of the total posts.
