Hello. I have been using ffmpeg for video processing. I have already compiled ffmpeg with mingw. the ffmpeg is processing packet with functions like avcodec_decode_video2. Hi. I'm a programmer from Russia with good skills in Ffmpeg and shell scripting. 1. This can be done with two timestamps: 5 seconds after the beginning and 5 seconds before the end. The command will cut the intervals and save them as video files. 2. This can be done with the Delogo filter. 3. This can be done with the Qt library and C++. Do you want make a webapp or you want to make a desktop app? If you want to make a desktop app then what operating systems do you want to support? As far as I understood, you need a system to help users remove some information about the video from front and back side. Then if this is the case maybe you want to give users ability to choose the length from each side?

Hi, I have worked in ffmpeg for fixing HLS_DISCONTINUITY support for hls streaming of h264/aac Transport stream file. I have also worked in ffmpeg for patching up SCTE35 signal support for DASH and HLS streams on Manifest as well as Video inband signals. Also used ffmpeg for many of my AV needs - to transcode, stream etc. Iam a Server side streaming support profession worked for many AV issues.
