Finisg building a php/javascript web app

We are looking for php and javascript developer for two apps we have developed. One is done, but needs touch ups and fixes once bugs are reported. Second is about 80% done and needs a developer to jump on board and finish it. There is also an api written in php and mysql, might need to make changes to that as well. Requirements: -Php and mysql -Javascript and css -Ability to build website for all browsers including internet explorer. -Ability to read code written by others and continue building of it -Familiarity with Node.js specifically socket io, as we use it for notifications on the app. -Also any security experience for linux servers is a plus -Ability to parse pds files is also a plus. -Knowledge of IDB (javacript database for keeping local variables, because sessions is not good solutio in the long run), or ability to learn it. Please reply to us with your understanding of what we looking for, some references and hourly rate. We are looking for someone to be able to contribute at least 20-30 hours a week, but next 2-3 month.
