Fix a broken site

We had a program created that fully functions a few years ago, but we let the domain expire and registered a new domain, pointed that domain to the previous domain file structure and we are having issues getting the site to come back up again. It will take someone going through the files and ensuring that everything is connected and try to figure out why the pages are not populating correctly. Again, the functionality of the site has worked in the past, just need some process of elimination and someone to take the time to figure out how to get it working again in the next couple of days.
