Fix the bugs below: -Update the sql database datas for the province dropdown, city dropdown, barangay dropdown and coverage areas when i update the excel file. -Cash On Delivery payment method & Region Based Shipping Option(Ninja Van) should be enabled/disabled together based on the combination of selected province, city and barangay, refer to the excel file for COD serviceable area which is column "Ninjavan COD Delivery Serviceable".
