Fix some CS Cart issues

We are in flowers business. We have 2 websites built by CS Cart platform. We are using custom design layout. When we upgraded to the latest version, we found the following issues: 1- The products images are not showing in product page 2- We have block in home page that should show latest blog posts. It is not showing now. we need to fix above issues related to upgrade. Also, we want to fix the following issues: 1- In the menu at the bottom, the page goes up when you click on any menu that has sub menus. 2- In homepage in the mobile, the banners at the top are not looking good. 3- The posts of blog are showing the month and day. We want to add year. 4- In main menu at the top, there is a link for another website. We want to get new browser tab when you click on this link. All these 6 issues are simple and we expect to solve them quickly. You should not touch the core files.
