I have had a wordpress site built [login to view URL] and I need some code fixed apparently. The person who built the site used WooCommerce and the PHP script has an error in it causing it not to send an email. On the on the ticket purchasing (product) page where, you answer a simple question (drop down menu) and pay for a chance to win a ticket. If you get the question right you get a congratulations email and emailed a number for the draw. If you get the question wrong you still pay, but you do not get a number for the ticket - you receive another email. I have attached screenshots of the emails you should receive if you get it right and if you get it wrong. The winners (people who select the right answer) would need to be added to a list and receive an email with a ticket number for the draw. The losers would receive an email stating that they answered the question wrong and would not be added to the list. There would need to be an excel sheet produced with the customers names and number on it. I have been told that I need someone to install the plugin on WooCommerce and find which line of code causing the email to not send. Any questions please do get in touch.
