Get ebay orders via platform notifications using api -2

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using PHP. We need to get order info put into (MYSQL) from 100's of clients(separate ebay stores) via Platform Notifications API. Notifications are: AuctionCheckoutComplete ItemMarkedPaid BuyerCancelRequested ItemMarkedShipped ReturnShipped Developer documentation [login to view URL] We need these orders dropped into MYSQL then they can use them at my site [login to view URL] (This is where my clients create shipping labels) We need product title, sku, buyer name, address, shipping box size and weigh, selected shipping carrier. We also need the db updated if buyer cancels order so they don't ship something that ant meant to be. Questionnaire Have your worked with this api before?
