I need a short custom gravitypdf template to be created based on a Gravity form. The Gravity Form collects data that will be used to create multipage reports such as Annual Reports, Project Reports, etc. Attached are detailed instructions. The gravity pdf must include all fields listed but you can include dummy field ids. You will not be able to work from our servers so you need to be able to test your form on your servers and show the completed work/example. Please note that the paragraph field includes the "ADD MEDIA" button so that users can include images into the paragraph fields. The integration is automatic with gravitypdf but you need to ensure that the image alignment (left, right, float, etc.) is also integrated. This is a short and easy project for anyone who knows gravitypdf. I need it completed in 2 days.
