Hello there, Firstly, i will install RSFirewall on the site to scan it. The scan result will indicate the infected files and they will all be cleaned up. After that, the RSfirewall will block any ip address that will try to login with wrong passwords and the rsfirewall can also stop installation of files to the website which can be enabled anytime you want to install anything on the site.
