Javascript Compatibility Issue Magento

Sir, Checked about : I've had to upgrade Prototype on my Magento 1.9.2.8 from 1.7 to 1.7.3 Everything works frine but the product options and configurable products have stopped updating prices when you select an option. It's a compatibility issue so need a javscript guru to look into and resolve. Can we discuss? Regards,
