Laravel expert required - make some changes in a website

We are actually showing prices as 14.87 or 12.9. Separator for decimals will be changed for comma ',' and it will always show 2 decimals. IMPORTANT: HOW YOU WILL WORK I will to give access to my server, just will send code and database and you will work locally, then will send me code back and I will give OK.
