Lightskin or Darkskin -- Stage 2

My project [login to view URL] utilizes PHP/My SQL and is complete however it needs some tweaks to the web design. I'd like to hire someone to do some small web design tweaks please. Let me know if you are interested thanks -Nate Here is how the site works: A website that changes on you unexpectedly. Initially, it asks which submissions are "lightskin or darkskin." Then on your first return visit, the voting choices change to "safe or dangerous." Most importantly, the voting results or percentages remain constant between both versions. After 24 hours, it resets to "lightskin or darkskin" again. The switches are made possible by recognizing the user's IP address. Anyone can submit a photo and/or vote.
