Looking for an Ukrainian/Russian agency to Build a custom wordpress plugin for multiple choice tests

We are looking for a Ukrainian or Russian agency or group of Wordpress developers to create and design a beautiful custom plugin for our wordpress website ideally by the end of March. The plugin is a simulator of a time-limited multiple choice test with some simple extra features and reports - including: - AJAX based front-end with questions skipping without page reloads - log of user activity with timestamps, question ID and action (eg. selected answer, skipped to next question, etc) - User: Ability to highlight/underline text in question as well as mark favorite answers (see attached images) - User: Statistics page at the end of the test: comparing user's scores and timing to average, showing which question tags were present in most wrongly answered questions (eg. table reading, graph reading etc). - User: test review mode to go over the finished test and see what answers were wrong, the time it took him to answer every question and an option to read the worked solution (text or video solution) as premium option. - Admin: question adding/editing only via export/import of pre-formated excel/CSV files (no GUI needed) - Admin: performance stats on each user (avr. score, avr. time per question spend, number of questions solved) - Admin: stats on each question: percentage of users choosing each answer, the average time to solve correctly, answer/skip ratio, most selected words in the text. - Optionally (to be added in future projects): integration with Learndash LMS, Gami Press We would like to have your approximation of the total costs and realistic delivery date
