Magento Customization - Product list pages and product page changes

Hello, freelancers 1) Create three product list pages (similar to search results) based on a bit field already set up in the product. This is basically advanced search pages but we need the page title to be defined as "Best Sellers", "Closeouts" and "New Products" and just return all of the products with that field set to true 2) We have different pricing levels for different customer groups. In some cases those groups have a sale price that we send in. If that is the case we also set an 'original price' for that customer group. If that 'original price' field is defined, we want to show that price with it crossed out and then show the sale price and denote that it is on sale. That is similar to the MSRP functionality, but works with different price groups. 3)If a customer is logged into to a certain customer group we want to display multiple pricing levels on the product page. When added to art it will choose the normal(lowest) price but we just need other higher price groups to show up on the product page for certain customer groups. For example, if the customer group is 'wholesale' we want to display their wholesale price(already done) but then also show the 'dealer' price and the MSRP price.
