Mobile app - live screenshare + social integration + voting + audio transmission

I would like to develop a mobile app (iOS first) that combines 3 elements. Screen sharing - This would show anything done on the phone, not just in the app developed. Voting - This would be a social plugin that streams the screenshare onto facebook, twitter, etc and allows people to vote on things happening on the screen. Audio transmission - This would enable the mobile user to broadcast live audio to the people watching.
