Modifications to existing task/project management PHP site

Need a developer to help complete unfinished project and making modifications to existing project. PHP and Angular a must. We will be working on an existing task/project management website and making changes/improvements. Each task as well as project row to have a sort field. This field will be a text box where a value can be entered. By default all projects have value 10 in all boxes. Smaller numbers will cause that given row to appear higher on the list. This allows admin to sort order of importance. Admin to have user management. Admin can create additional sub-admins who can have their own fresh project management page where there are no other users (a fresh copy). Admin can also add users and assign them to tasks or projects. Project and task sections already exist. Tasks are subsections of projects. Each user must have a log in and see their own available individual tasks. Adjust so that tasks can be assigned to anyone by admin by selecting someone in the internal system, or by clicking assign and then entering either their email or phone number. When you enter someone's email, it must email them a signup. If there is a free text messaging service, we can also have invitations by text you can implement. There should be an email and text template edit section for admin for this project invitation email. Be sure not to let text messages exceed the standard number of characters for text messages. Admin must have the ability to add users to specific projects. Users are to only be able to access projects which are granted access by admin. Deadlines (date) must be a feature of tasks and projects. This is also to be a column displayed in both tasks and projects. Google Calendar integration if possible, or there will need to be a calendar created from scratch which must be able to link with google calendar and auto update. Task detail page must be editable in an edit text field, both within tasks and projects. Add a column to each project and task which displays Users. More changes will be needed if you are fast and proficient, but we can start with this for now. Login with google facebook linkedin and/or others feature wanted.
