Multilanguage checkout form with 15-20 steps

ASSIGNMENT I have a multilanguage site to which I want to add a CHECKOUT FORM in steps. I get data for CHECKOUT FORM from mysql DB that has around 200 tables. Its a multilanguage CHECKOUT FORM and there will be approx 100 queries for each language. CHECKOUT FORM : There are two main step structures one for A and another for B. (please see EER diagram). CHECKOUT FORM VIEW Each step is a dropdown or input field with a title and a well. CHECKOUT FORM CODE TO DO Inside one step there will be some minor calculations based on distance and location that user inputs (php or js would solve it). In another step some conditional formatting needs to be added in the form of a supplementary input box, depending on user dropdown selection. In some of the posterior steps I must be able to append already entered user data in anterior steps and make a preselection in dropdown in current user step. In another step there will also be a payment gateway. I another step a pdf needs to be generated from values entered by user in DB (I suggest we use some pdf shareware generator). In another step there will be a mailserver systems for sending the generated pdf´s to user. In another step there will be a login system for user. This login also needs to be available from landing page. Finally in another step user must also be able to upload a file. Other : inside DB I need google translate enabled and translation from language A to B depending on user entries. WHAT I DID I made the DB in mysql workbench. DB has some minor issues. Strings that call language tables are a little too long and needs to be shortened (I will take care of that as long as you know that file has some issues when I send it to you and as long you can read the EER diagram its ok - else we can make a TV and you can check the issue and see the EER diagram). I think we can do this assignment in 30 hours if we work in agile and you are attentive and have the time to do the assignment... we can finish this quickly. You will be chosen if you have the necessary skills and comprehension of the assignment. I will give you all necessary elements including DB tables (+ language tables) for understanding what you need to do. I will also make some basic table queries for each combination (there are approx 100 +)so that you will be able to concentrate on the design and coding of the steps. And finally please explain me your code upon progression. Thereby I will be able to finish the queries myself so that we dont use each others time unnecessarily (you make 20-30 queries and then I finish the rest).
