Looking for an app with incredible facial recognition software... Must be able to write perfect and super clean code... Must be able to provide all source code... Must be able to load the app and launch it... Must be able to tie this app into a database I will share when we chat... Must be able to put up a quick website to explain app... Must be able to work quickly... I have a name and domain... Must be able to work with that... Must ave excellent communication and provide at least daily updates... Must submit full proposal... MUST NOT ASK ME TO GO OUTSIDE OF FREELANCER SO YOU CAN TRY TO GET ME TO PAY THROUGH ANOTHER SOURCE... I'm sick of that too... I have been burned on here and will not pay upfront... If you need to get paid upfront please do not respond... I will however happily pay milestones... Again... NOT UPFRONT!... Thank you so much!
