Need PHP developer

Many of the QR Codes in [login to view URL] user accounts are no longer scanning. Our last developer was not able to resolve the QR Code generation problem we are having - I think it is related to the termination of the google URL shortener. Some of the QR Codes are working fine but others are not. Are you able to have a look at this for us now? Two problems we can identify... [login to view URL] QR Codes that are already generated do not scan 2. When a user purchases a new QR Code for their account and then goes to use it for any of the code profile types (except 'URL Link), the QR code does not scan. But if the same QR Code is used for the 'URL Link' function (to link an outside URL) the code functions fine. If you login to the following user account you can see what I mean... go to code profile number 2376 which is listed under the 'Exhibit' profile tab if you open the edit function for this code profile you can see the QR Code. If you scan the QR code you can see that it does not work. 2nd example... click on 'Code Balance' in the drop down menu under 'My Account' You will see there is one QR Code available to be allocated for a profile. Select the 'URL Link' function to link the QR Code to a new URL. If you then enter the details including the URL you wish to direct the code to and click 'SAVE' the QR Code will appear. If you scan this QR Code you can see that it function fine. Now if you delete this code profile by clicking the trash can icon next to it on the 'URL Link' list, it will return to the 'Code Balance' page. Now if you select a new profile type for this code (2376) such as 'Exhibit' and add some content to the profile then SAVE, the screen will return to the 'Exhibit' profile list. Open the edit function for code profile 2376 by clicking on the edit icon to the right of the listing. Once the edit page is open you can now see that the QR code featured is different to when you used the same QR code for the URL Link profile (it should be the same) and it does not scan. Sorry, I have given you the wrong code number. The code to use that is currently available in the 'Code Balance' is code No. 2383 Everything was working fine until the google api stopped last month. All we need is for the site to generate QR Codes that link the the URL address for each code profile.
