I need a programmer who can do this and share the work on line for testing

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this program is to read the data from an excel sheet containing the daily closing prices of stock (share) for the last 2 years (or more) and perform buying and selling as per a given rule and tabulate the result in an excel sheet showing the resultant profit or loss. In other words it will read the price and then compare with previous days price and decide whether the buying can be done. Once the share is ‘bought” again it will check the price movements and decide when to “sell” that share and book profit / loss. The algorithm that determines the buying and selling is simple and has a set of rules which can be verified for true/false by keeping the data read each day in a table and comparing. The algorithm has 3 parameters to be entered upfront at the time of start. Once entered, those will be used for that run. There will be data base of several such companies in the folder and the software will read one by one and tabulate the results of all the shares whose data is found in the folder in one run. The object of the whole exercise is to prove the efficiency of the algorithm on all the companies. The tabulation will show the dates of “buys” and “sells” the number of days of usage of funds.
