We need some very minor thing to be customize on the OSTicket system where the ticket will be initiate and create on our backend and have the ability to insert the ticket ID manually rather than it is being generated automatically. If you have done this before or familiar with the OSTicket, please show the sample and also timeframe for such small customization.
